Kapt. Mañana en lede van die Elikwatine VDBS eenheid het groot sukses behaal met arrestasies in drie verskillende veediefstalsake.
Dit beklemtoon weer eens die belangrikheid van informante !
Kapt. Zulu en lede van die Ermelo VDBS eenheid in samewerking met die boerderygemeenskap net so suksesvol met arrestasies!
Die lede is baie positief en goeie samewerking is bewerkstellig met die gemeenskap.
Alhoewel die beskikbaarheid van voertuie steeds ‘n probleem is, is verneem dat ‘n nuwe voertuig toegeken is aan Ermelo VDBS eenheid aangesien die eenheid tans slegs oor een voertuig beskik wat ‘n baie groot area moet bedien.
Bethal beskik egter slegs oor een voertuig wat 11 stasies moet bedien.
Bystand vir die eenhede met voertuie is broodnodig.
Die boerderygemeenskap verleen die nodige hulp en bystand waar nodig, maar aangesien boere self nou besig is met oes, eskaleer die probleem.
Ons opregte dank aan die SAPD vir hul toewyding om veediefstal te bekamp in die Mpumalanga provinsie.

Some positive news!
Capt Manana and members at Elikwatini STES did great work with arrests on 3 different stock theft cases.
Once again it emphasises the importance of informants!!
Capt Zulu and members at Ermelo STES were equally successful in conjunction with the farming community with arrests!
The members are positive and are working with the communities.
Although vehicles are still causing problems, we believe Ermelo STES have a new vehicle on the way as they are currently down to 1 vehicle to render a service to a very large area.
Bethal STES have only 1 vehicle to service 11 stations.
Urgent assistance is needed with vehicles for these units.
Farmers are assisting where possible, but with the current harvesting of crops, this becomes a problem.
Our sincere appreciation to the SAPS for their commitment to combat stock theft in Mpumalanga.
