Die Namibiese veesektor het jaar-op-jaar afnames in alle groot subsektore gedurende Augustus 2024 ervaar, met die uitsondering van die varksubsektor, volgens die Lewendehawe en Lewendehaweprodukte Raad.

Altesaam 2 563 ton beesvleis is tydens Julie 2024 ingevoer. Dit verteenwoordig ‘n toename van 20% in vergelyking met Julie 2023, volgens Agri Inspec.
